One of the things that sets this site apart is that they strive to provide the consumer with more than a pretty e-commerce infrastructure. They have various services that they provide that add additional value to consumers. Features such as a newsletter, personal search for items not already listed, the ability to watch infomercials, and read specific product reviews really helps to build their market share in this online market space.

This site has been around for a while, and as stated above really seeks to provide the user with as many value added features as possible. I went out on Google and attempted to find user complaints about the site or its product, and was unable to locate any. Maybe I needed to restructure my query…or maybe they just have good customer service and do a good job providing their products.

I like the way the site is laid out. They have done an excellent job building an easily navigable interface that allows customers to easily find the products they are looking for. Additionally, as I discussed above, I really like the fact that they provide additional services for their potential customers. Things like a newsletter and personal search are just plain smart. What an excellent way to build a strong base of devoted customers to your As Seen on TV Store that you can continue to reach out to. The site and the business model used to support it are well thought out, and I don’t think I would have any reservation ordering from the site.
